Atago Green was founded by Abby Thomas in 2025.Abby spent two decades in consulting and senior executive roles before serving as Chief Executive and Chief Ombudsman at the Financial Ombudsman Service — the world's largest dispute resolution service, handling around 200,000 cases a year.In that role, she saw the same problem repeatedly: the data that could help firms understand and prevent complaints was public, but difficult to find, and challenging to act upon.Atago Green exists to fix that.
